BLACK VIALONE RICE SOUP AND LEGUMES - 2 packs of 300 gr
This artisanal rice and legumes soup enhances the authentic flavour of Whole Vialone Nano Rice and is rich in Fibre. The legumes chosen are naturally gluten-free and rich in fibre and protein, which is why they are widely used in vegetarian cuisine; moreover, the low fat and sugar content makes them particularly suitable for low-calorie feeding. Excellent to taste as a first course with an extra virgin olive oil and croutons.
Ingredients: Black Vialone Rice (55%), shelled chickpeas, peas, brown, yellow and red shelled lentils.
May contain gluten and traces of soy.
How to use: Bring to a boil in a saucepan about 2,5 l of water or vegetable broth, pour the contents and cook at low temperature, season with salt and oil to taste. It is advisable to rinse thoroughly in cold water before cooking. Soaking is not necessary.
Recommended for: 3 servings
Cooking time: 17-19 minutes
