The Sauvignon Sanct Valentin by San Michele Appiano is made from 100% Sauvignon grapes grown on gravelly limestone soil in the areas of Appiano al Monte and San Michele, in the province of Bolzano, at an altitude of 400-600 meters above sea level. The aging process took place for several months in steel and for 10% in oak barrels. Highly awarded and beloved even beyond borders, the Sauvignon is the flagship of the Sanct Valentin line, which encompasses wines born from the best company vineyards that stand out for elegance and aging potential.

The Sauvignon Sanct Valentin by San Michele Appiano shines with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, intense aromas of elderflower, gooseberry, yellow-fleshed fruit, and aromatic herbs intertwine. A wine with a warm and full body, it reveals mineral and extraordinarily fruity notes on the palate. The persistence is long and enveloping. At the table, it pairs well with seafood dishes, especially with flavorful grilled fish, or with vegetable-based recipes.
