Sansilvestro's Brachetto Dulcis was produced from 100% Brachetto grapes. Although many attribute a French origin to this vine (Nice, to be precise), it now represents a true reference of the Piedmontese ampelographic heritage. In fact, already in the 18th century, it seems that Brachetto-based wine was served together with Moscato at the Savoy court. Delicately sweet, aromatic and sparkling, Sansilvestro's Brachetto Dulcis is the result of a winemaking process carried out in stainless steel.
BRACHETTO DULCIS SANSILVESTRO: TASTING
Sansilvestro's Brachetto Dulcis presents a claret red color emphasized by a lively perlage. On the nose it expresses aromas of raspberries and red fruits combined with clear floral hints of rose. The sip is soft and straightforward, enhanced by a pleasant fruity and floral taste that persists in the finish. At the table it pairs well with fruit salads, dry pastries and desserts based on fresh fruit or chocolate.
