Sansilvestro's Dolcetto d'Alba Primaio was obtained from 100% Dolcetto grapes grown in the Langhe hills. Dolcetto is the wine of Piedmontese everyday life, much appreciated for its versatility and characteristic fruity taste. Cultivated widely throughout the region, depending on the winemaking technique, it can give life to fresh and drinkable or structured and medium-long-lived wines. Sansilvestro's Dolcetto d'Alba Primaio has a decidedly agile appearance which makes it pleasant and easy to drink. The refinement phase took place in stainless steel.

Sansilvestro's Dolcetto d'Alba Primaio has a ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose it releases aromas of small ripe red fruits that are intertwined with floral hints of violet. When tasted it is soft and frank, supported by well-integrated tannins and a clear fruity taste that invites you to take a second sip. Excellent as a wine throughout the meal, it pairs well with cured meats and semi-mature cheeses as well as first and second courses based on red meat.
