Verdicchio Le Vaglie dI Santa Barbara was born in 1992, with the intention of breaking away from the mold of tradition, building on that historical knowledge. The grapes come from vineyards at 250-260 meters above sea level, with different exposures, on sandy tuff soils. The vinification takes place slowly in steel vats and at a controlled temperature, then the wine ages for a few months, always in steel. In 2012, on the occasion of 20 years of production, in addition to the classic white label, 5 other colored ones were created, which were then maintained and continue to animate the bottles.VERDICCHIO LE VAGLIE SANTA BARBARA: THE TASTINGThe Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Le Vaglie dI Santa Barbara has a bright straw color with golden flashes. The nose presents the characteristic hint of fresh almond, together with thyme, white peach, mimosa and bergamot. The mouth is fresh and soft, pleasantly savory and with an almond-shaped finish. Perfect with vegetable-based dishes, for example passatelli with courgette flowers, pecorino from the Marche and lemon thyme.
