Verdicchio Stefano Antonucci di Santa Barbara comes from 100% Verdicchio grapes grown on medium-textured soils, at an altitude of approximately 250 meters above sea level. The winemaking took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The refinement took place for 12 months in barrique and for a further 6 months in the bottle. It is a white with great personality, the result of a great love for the Marche area and for Verdicchio which here is interpreted in an excellent and unusual way due to the passage in wood.

The Verdicchio Stefano Antonucci of Santa Barbara presents itself to the eye with a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, aromas of yellow fruit emerge which are intertwined with light citrus and herbaceous scents and notes of vanilla and sweet oriental spices. The taste is enveloping and full-bodied, enhanced by a strong minerality and a long fruity and spicy finish. At the table it pairs well with semi-mature cheeses as well as vegetarian dishes and tasty seafood recipes based on white fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
