TRUFFLE CREAM - 1 jar of 130 g
Ingredients: Cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, black olives, summer truffle 2% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), salt, aroma.
No GMOs: The product does not contain and does not derive from genetically modified organisms.
Shelf life: 36 months
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place away from heat sources and direct light. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
Usage: To optimally utilize the product's qualities, it is recommended to use 15-20 g of sauce per person, heating for 5 minutes in a pan after adding only salt and extra virgin olive oil. Ingredients: Cream (Milk), Parmigiano Reggiano PDO 5% (Milk, salt, rennet), corn starch, white truffle 3% (Tuber borchii Vitt.), salt, aromas. Acidifier: E270.
