Barbera d'Asti DOCG with an intense ruby red color, on the nose it is intense with a complex bouquet of red and black fruits. Dry and fresh, it amazes for its power in some years, pleasant persistence.

Vineyards: Produced with grapes from the estate owned by “I Bricco”, located on the border between Castel Rocchero and Acqui Terme, where different Plots are cultivated at an altitude ranging from 350 to over 400 meters above sea level, with a predominant south-west exposure.
Aging: 12 to 24 months
Bottle aging: 6 months
Longevity: 5 years
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Serving temperature: 16° C
Pairings: tajarin with meat sauce, pasta and meats, barbecue, chicken salad.

Known and appreciated for its red wines, the Scarpa Winery has been located since 1854 in Nizza Monferrato, in Piedmont, after being founded by Venetian migrant Antonio Scarpa. Nowadays, the activity continues along the path indicated by Mario Pesce, a Nicese oenologist who from the 40s of the last century helped make Scarpa what it is today. So, as then, the quality of wines is achieved through sustainable agriculture, traditional winemaking and a long aging in bottle.
