The Bolgheri Rosso DOC Villa Donoratico by Tenuta Argentiera comes from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Merlot (30%), Cabernet Franc (15%), and Petit Verdot (5%) grown in clay, sandy, and limestone soils at an altitude between 150 and 180 meters above sea level. After manual harvesting, the grapes were vinified separately with alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with maceration for 20/25 days at controlled temperatures and malolactic fermentation in barriques. The blending took place after aging, which lasted for 12 months in barriques and an additional 10 months in the bottle.

At the table, it pairs well with aged cheeses and opulent dishes based on red meats or game.
