Tenuta Meraviglia's Vermentino Bolgheri is produced from 100% Vermentino grapes. The vineyards of origin, exposed to the West, extend on volcanic soils characterized by abundant stonyness, at an altitude of approximately 50 meters above sea level. In the cellar, the bunches were subjected to soft pressing to obtain only the noble must, i.e. the one obtained from the first pressing. The alcoholic fermentation was activated thanks to indigenous yeasts, taking place in raw concrete vats at a controlled temperature of 18°C for 30 days. The refinement lasted 3 months in cement in contact with the noble lees.

Tenuta Meraviglia's Vermentino Bolgheri stands out to the eye as having a straw yellow color with brilliant reflections. On the nose it displays aromas of yellow peach, sage and Mediterranean herbs which blend with notes of white flowers and citrus hints of grapefruit. The taste is fresh and balanced, pleasantly mineral and persistent. It closes with a finish of acacia honey and almond. At the table it is perfect with cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as tasty seafood preparations.
