The Vermentino Bolgheri by Tenuta Meraviglia is produced from 100% Vermentino grapes. The originating vineyards, facing West, extend over soils of volcanic origin characterized by abundant stoniness, at an altitude of about 50 meters above sea level. In the winery, the clusters underwent soft pressing to obtain only the noble must, that is, the one obtained from the first pressing. The alcoholic fermentation was activated by indigenous yeasts, taking place in raw concrete tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C for 30 days. The aging lasted for 3 months in concrete, in contact with the noble lees.

The Vermentino Bolgheri by Tenuta Meraviglia stands out to the eye with a straw yellow color with brilliant reflections. On the nose, it showcases aromas of yellow peach, sage, and Mediterranean herbs that blend with notes of white flowers and citrus hints of grapefruit. The taste is fresh and balanced, pleasantly mineral and persistent. It finishes with a note of acacia honey and almond. At the table, it is perfect with cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as with tasty seafood preparations.
