Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Grape: Tai 100% Wine classification: IGT Veneto Orientale Cultivation method: Guyot with 5,500 vines per hectare Fermentation: with yeasts selected and controlled fermentation temperature at 17° C. Maturation and aging: on its own yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C
