We select the best clones with the belief that knowledge of this grape variety gives man the opportunity to make it the aromatic wine par excellence. With its aromas and a delicate fruity note, Sauvignon is fantastic when paired with dishes such as asparagus in all its forms and excels with fish and shellfish dishes.

Wine classification: IGT Trevenezie
Farming method: Guyot with 6,000 vines per hectare
Fermentation: with selected yeasts and temperature control of fermentation from 16 to 18 °C.
Aging and maturation: in stainless steel tanks on its own lees for 6 months.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C

A great effort in the vineyard to give maturity and character to the wine. Thus, Pinot Grigio is born, the result of precise and constant manual work, which with its craftsmanship tells the story of the territory.

Farming method: Guyot with 6,500 vines per hectare and Sylvoz with 3,000 vines per hectare.
Fermentation: with selected yeasts and temperature control of fermentation from 16 to 18 °C.
Aging: in stainless steel tanks on its own lees for 6 months.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C

The name change has not dampened the interest in this territorial grape variety, so strong in personality that its aroma captivates the nose and its taste excites like few other wines.

Wine classification: IGT Veneto Orientale
Farming method: Guyot with 5,500 vines per hectare
Fermentation: with selected yeasts and temperature control of fermentation at 17 °C.
Aging and maturation: on its own lees in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C
