The Vette Sauvignon by Tenuta San Leonardo is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. After the harvest, the bunches were transported to the cellar for vinification which began with a 12-hour cold maceration. This operation allowed for greater extraction of the primary aromas of the fruit. Following soft pressing, the must was then fermented for a period of approximately 20 days. The refinement took place for 5 months in stainless steel in contact with the yeasts.

The Sauvignon Vette by Tenuta San Leonardo presents a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose it releases aromas of white pulp fruit which are intertwined with hints of white flowers and vegetal notes of sage and tomato leaf. The taste is fresh and mineral. The finish is pleasant and plays on fruity and vegetal tones. At the table it goes well with fresh cheeses and vegetarian dishes. Excellent in combination with delicious seafood recipes based on white fish and shellfish.
