Verdognolo / bright straw yellow. On the nose a harmony of pear, white flowers and citrus fruits. On the palate it is fresh and pleasant with a soft finish of white pulp fruits. Ideal with fish, pasta and white risotto, eggs and omelette with aromatic herbs.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Soil: medium-textured, tending to loose, with abundant presence of skeleton. Grape varieties: Fiano (93%) name comes from “Apianum”, because it is a favorite grape from bees. Known in Irpinia, where it gives rise to the Fiano di Avellino, the presence of this small-grape variety is witnessed in great part of southern Italy, particularly in Puglia. Manzoni Bianco (7%). Obtained by Professor Luigi Manzoni from the intersection of Riesling Renano and Pinot Bianco, during a series of experiments conducted over the years 30. Guyot breeding. Harvest: I-II decade of August, by mechanized grape harvester, between night and the first light of dawn so that the low temperature prevents a spontaneous start of fermentation. Winemaking: the freshly harvested grapes are pressed softly in a pneumatic press. Fermentation is induced in the flower must with selected yeasts subject to careful control temperature (17-18°C). Aging: in steel Alcohol content: 13-14% Vol. Serving temperature: serve cold
