Bright, pale straw color and fairly consistent, it is expressed on the nose with delicate aromas of ripe fruit with white flesh and floral notes of jasmine and elderberry. Dry to the taste but pleasantly soft it is endowed with lively freshness and good sapidity with slightly bitter endings. Good body structure, balance and intensity with perceptible persistence and beautiful finesse that closes in harmony.

Vinification: white in a small environment.
Fermentation: crushing and destemming and cooling of the crushed against current at 8-10°C with Carbon Dioxide, followed by cryomaceration in the press for at least 3 hours before soft pressing, reduction of crushed with nitrogen system; use of the first 55 l of must per 100 kg of grapes; static cold decantation and thermocontrolled fermentation at 13°C
Malolactic fermentation: not carried out
Aging: 6 months
Alcohol content: 12,5% Vol.
Serving temperature: 10°C

Muròla is a Family Company established on about 500 hectares in the Macerata hinterland (Marche) ). The land has been owned for about 300 years and previously belonged to the historic Abbey of Fiastra. The family produces wines from ancient local varieties and cultivates exclusive clones found on the property. The link to the territory, its history and its traditions is a fundamental part of the project and it is an indispensable point for us to care for the individual expression of wines.
