Terlan's Müller Thurgau was produced from 100% Müller Thurgau grapes harvested by hand in the Terlano area, in the province of Bolzano, at an altitude between 500 and 900 meters above sea level. The white winemaking process included an alcoholic fermentation phase in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The refinement took place for 5-7 months, always in stainless steel in contact with the fine lees.
MULLER THURGAU SOUTH TYROL TERLAN: THE TASTING
Terlan's Müller Thurgau presents itself to the eye with a pale straw yellow colour. On the nose it offers aromas of ripe yellow fruit which combine with citrus hints of grapefruit and notes of white pepper. The sip is fresh and balanced, supported by a clear fruity taste that persists in the finish. At the table it pairs well with vegetarian dishes and delicate seafood recipes and delicious seafood recipes based on white fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
