A Panama rum distilled continuously and then aged for a minimum of 6 years in charred American oak barrels. It is the part of the demon, in sharp contrast with the famous Parte des Anges, perhaps more suited to the great character of this rum.
The nose is delicately intense, with vanilla, leather, citrus and green apple notes, on the palate it is also round, and vanilla leaves room for the spicy notes of citrus, wood and leather again. The finish is soft, enveloping and rather long.
