CREARO CONCA D'ORO ROSSO VERONA IGT 2017 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Crearo is born from the philosophy with which the great Super Venetians were created. Our winemaker has skillfully crafted a wine capable of enhancing the character of indigenous grape varieties, astonishing with herbaceous notes typical of Cabernet Franc.
Color: Intense ruby red
Aroma: Very fruity, rich and spicy, with notes of black pepper.
Taste: Full-bodied, intense and complex with spicy and velvety flavors.
Grapes: Corvina 60% - Oseleta 15% - Cabernet Franc 25%
Origin: Vineyards of Conca d’Oro in the Valpolicella Classica.
Maceration: 14 days at controlled temperature (21-23°C)
Aging: 6 months in French oak tonneaux, 6 months in 65 hl Slavonian oak barrels.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Serving temperature: 16-18° C
First vintage: 1997
Pairing: Braised, roasted, and grilled meats; also very good with aged hard cheeses.
ARELE DELLE VENEZIE IGT 2018 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Arele is born from the deep experience of the Tommasi family in the drying of grapes, skillfully combining indigenous and international varieties to create a unique wine with a strong character.
Color: Intense ruby red
Aroma: Great bouquet with pronounced fruity notes, of ripe red fruit, and spicy, great harmony.
Taste: Warm, smooth, and full-bodied, its persistence creates the desire to taste another glass.
Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta, Merlot
Origin: Hilly area of Valpolicella Classica.
Vinification and aging: Partial drying of grapes, for about 30 days. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 25/30°C for 8 days. 12 months of aging in 65 hl Slavonian oak barrels.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Serving temperature: 16-18° C
First vintage: 2010
Pairing: Perfect with pasta with rich sauces, risottos, cured meats, and white and red meats.
RAFAEL VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO SUPERIORE DOC 2019 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
This wine stands out for its lively ruby red color and wide bouquet. Elegance is certainly the best adjective to describe the character of Rafael.

Aroma: Intense with notes of ripe cherry, red fruits, floral and slightly spicy notes.
