The Vigna Pedale Riserva di Torrevento was obtained from 100% Nero di Troia grapes. The reference vineyard of the same name lies on medium-textured calcareous-clayey soils, at an altitude between 400 and 500 meters above sea level. The harvest was carried out with a yield of 90 quintals per hectare. The refinement took place for 8 months in stainless steel and for a further 12 months in large barrels, concluding with a short rest in the bottle.

The Vigna Pedale Castel del Monte Riserva di Torrevento reveals an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose, aromas of small red fruits emerge which meet hints of balsamic herbs and notes of dark oriental spices. The taste is pleasant and balanced, supported by well-integrated tannins and a decisive fresh-savory trail that persists in the finish. At the table it pairs well with succulent land dishes based on red meat.
