Maremosso Rosato Frizzante by Torrevento comes from 100% Bombino Nero grapes coming from the hills of the northern Bari area. The reference vineyards are rooted in medium-textured calcareous-clayey soils, at an altitude between 350 and 400 meters above sea level. After the harvest, carried out with a yield of 100 quintals per hectare, the bunches were transported to the cellar to be subjected to soft pressing. The must thus obtained was fermented at a controlled temperature. The refinement took place for 4 months in stainless steel.

Maremosso Rosato Puglia Frizzante by Torrevento reveals itself in the glass with a light pink color enlivened by an exuberant perlage. On the nose it offers aromas of small red fruits that meet floral hints of rose and light citrus notes. The taste is fresh and crunchy, enhanced by a pleasant fruity taste. Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with delicious vegetarian dishes and recipes based on white fish, molluscs and crustaceans. Try it paired with margherita pizza.
