The Müller Thurgau from Tramin is produced from 100% Müller Thurgau grapes grown in the Termeno (BZ) area. The vineyards originate from hilly soils of calcareous-gravel and clay composition and are located at an altitude ranging from 500 to 850 meters above sea level. After manual harvesting, the grapes underwent soft pressing. The alcoholic fermentation, which converted sugars into alcohol, took place in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of 19°C; aging occurred for several months also in steel. Müller Thurgau is a grape variety of German origin, created in the late 1800s by Swiss oenologist Hermann Müller Thurgau through the crossbreeding of Riesling Renano and Madeleine Royale; today it is widespread in various parts of the world, including Italy, especially in Trentino Alto Adige and Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The Müller Thurgau from Tramin presents itself in the glass with a straw-yellow color and greenish reflections. On the nose, it reveals aromas of apricot and yellow-fleshed fruit intertwined with herbaceous notes and nutmeg. The sip is fresh and aromatic, supported by a noticeable minerality that lingers in the finish played on spicy notes. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with soft fresh cheeses, vegetarian dishes, as well as seafood recipes based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
