Perlato del Bosco di Tua Rita was obtained from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown in the Colline Metallifere area. The reference vineyards are trained with spurred cordon and guyot on predominantly clayey soils with a good presence of skeleton. The harvest was carried out by hand in 15 kg boxes. The winemaking process included a spontaneous fermentation phase in wooden vats. The refinement lasted 12 months in 20/hl (50%) wooden vats and in 40 hl (50%) truncated cone-shaped oak vats.

PERLATO DEL BOSCO TUA RITA: TASTING
The Perlato del Bosco di Tua Rita offers an intense ruby red color to the eye. On the nose it offers aromas of ripe red fruits which combine with hints of violet and jujube and notes of Mediterranean scrub and dark spices. The taste is intense and balanced, supported by smooth tannins and a long balsamic and spicy finish. At the table it is enjoyed with mature cheeses and tasty land dishes based on red meat or game.
