Piccini's Chardonnay Donna di Valiano was produced from a blend of Chardonnay (90%) and Sauvignon Blanc (10%). The reference vineyards, exposed to the North-East, rest on soils rich in limestone, at an altitude between 200 and 300 meters above sea level. The harvest took place between the last ten days of August and the first ten days of September. In the cellar, the bunches were softly pressed to obtain the must. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. The refinement took place for a short period in barrique.

The Chardonnay Donna di Valiano is revealed at the sight of a straw yellow color with brilliant reflections. On the nose it begins with aromas of pineapple and peach followed by notes of white flowers and shy spicy hints of vanilla. The taste is soft and full-bodied, with a decided freshness and flavor. To be tried at the table, with cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as with delicious seafood recipes.
