Vietti's Nebbiolo Perbacco is the result of the vinification of grapes from different Nebbiolo from Barolo and Nebbiolo from Barbaresco vineyards. Alcoholic fermentation lasts approximately 3-4 weeks at a temperature of 28°-32°C. Malolactic fermentation in steel and/or barriques follows. The refinement continues in wood (barriques and large barrels) for approximately 2 years, at the end of which the assembly in steel for bottling takes place. All the vineyards are vinified and aged separately, until the moment in which the lots are selected which will be used that year for the Langhe Nebbiolo and those which will continue the refinement for the Barolo Castiglione.

The Nebbiolo delle Langhe Perbacco by Vietti is brilliant ruby red. The nose opens fruity, cherry and raspberry, then presents hints of mint, spices and rose candy. In the mouth it has round and elegant tannins, good freshness and flavor that balance the alcoholic strength; closes long on mentholated notes. Perfect with Grive alla langarola.
