The Susumaniello Rosato by Vigneti Reale is obtained from 100% Susumaniello grapes grown in the Cellino San Marco area, in the province of Brindisi. After harvesting, the bunches were transported to the cellar for winemaking which began through destemming and pressing operations. The alcoholic fermentation of the must took place entirely in stainless steel and was accompanied by a 15-hour maceration on the skins which gave the wine its characteristic pink colour. The refinement lasted a few months in stainless steel.

The Susumaniello Rosato Vigneti Reale is a splendid coral pink color with brilliant reflections. On the nose, aromas of cherry and berries chase fragrant hints of red flowers and light notes of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is irresistibly fresh and mineral, with a clear fruity and floral taste. It closes with a pleasant citrus finish. Ideal as an aperitif, it can be enjoyed to the full with vegetarian tomato dishes or with delicious first and second seafood courses.
