Straw yellow, the nose is characterized by a very pleasant fruity bouquet. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with an incisive mineral trace and a finish of excellent persistence.

Harvest: Manual
Vinification: 100% in barrique (8 of 9 used) without temperature control.
Aging: 100% barrique for 12 months, 9 months in steel, 5 months in bottle.
