The Prosecco Superiore Dosaggio Zero 30 harvests is the way in which Francesco Drusian celebrated his first, rewarding, 30 years in business. A bottle produced in a limited edition, presented at Vinitaly 2018, produced with grapes selected from 30 parcels of the Valdobbiadene hills and harvested by hand in the second half of September. The second fermentation, according to the traditional Charmat method, lasts for 120 days, a very long time, which gives the wine a very fine perlage and excellent aromas.

The Prosecco Superiore 30 Raccolti by Drusian appears in the glass with a fresh straw yellow with greenish reflections and fine bubbles; the nose is generous with youthful aromas of apple, citrus notes, white flowers and hints of mint. In the mouth it is elegant, very dry, thirst-quenching. Good as a start, but also capable of tackling the entire meal. It makes you happy, for example, in the company of fresh pasta with fragrant Tuscan pumarola, or with paccheri with ragout of summer vegetables and basil.
