Did you know? It is important not to over exfoliate. Don't exfoliate more than twice a week. Start with once a week to avoid irritating your skin.

1. Apply a small amount of scrub to the face.

2. Gently distribute the scrub to exfoliate dry or dead skin.

3. Leave on the skin for 1 to 2 minutes

4. Rinse with a warm cloth.

5. Dry your face with a towel, then apply your favorite serum, face oil or moisturizer.
