Pro Line XS 25 is the latest line of professional gravity electric slicers from Berkel. This product range combines compact dimensions with the refined design recognizable in all our slicers made of soft lines, absence of edges, high-performance materials and all the details in the characteristic Berkel red.

• Continuous profile blade cover ensuring uniform slice thickness
• Minimum thickness of the last slice to minimize waste

• Fully sealed IP67 control panel and food-grade silicone seals on every exposed part
• Blade opening knob with 14 millimetric positions for perfect adjustment
• Steel guard with easy magnetic attachment
• Removable sharpener included

CLEANING AND HYGIENE

• Sloped drip tray for liquid drainage
• Integrated liquid collection basin in the housing for impeccable hygiene and cleanliness
• Wide 42 mm space between the blade and motor to facilitate and speed up cleaning operations
• Quick removal system for the blade guard
• Housing made from a single casting, resulting in no gaps
