Ingredients: Type 0 wheat flour, sugar, fructose, natural sourdough (wheat), skimmed milk powder, flavors, salt, ascorbic acid, salted caramel drops (glucose syrup, whole milk powder, Isigny A.O.P. crème fraîche, Isigny A.O.P. salted butter 3.6%, Guerande salt 1.2%, emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin), butter, liquid butter, egg yolk from free-range category A hens, cream, wildflower honey from Sicily, orange paste, Madagascar vanilla beans.
CARAMEL FILLING
Ingredients: Salted caramel cream (glucose syrup, sugar, water, caramelized sugar 79 Bx, sweetened condensed milk, ethyl alcohol, butter, thickener: corn starch, gelling agent: pectin, salt, natural flavors, caramelized sugar, preservative: potassium sorbate).
OUTER GLAZE
Ingredients: milk chocolate with caramel, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder, caramelized sugar (1.5%), lecithin emulsifier (soy), flavor, spices, natural vanilla extract. Mozia salt granules.
May contain traces of peanuts, pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts, and mustard.

Giulio and Vincenzo Bonfissuto continue to assert their talent and passion for great Sicilian pastry.Their journey and the development of their gastronomic project have roots that are not too "ancient" given their young age, but they exude all the millennial tradition that the art of Sicilian pastry brings and that seems to be genetically innate in those, like the Bonfissuto brothers, who leverage years of experience in the catering and restaurant world.The mix of youthful enthusiasm and technical rigor leads to the development of recipes and creations that reinterpret the heritage of Sicilian pastry without "offending" it, as well as some typical baked desserts from the "Italian" tradition such as Panettone and Colomba.
