The Rosso Veneto Amore Riposato by Villa Fura is made from Corvina grapes with the addition of a small percentage of other local vines. After the harvest, carried out at the end of September, the bunches were conveyed to the cellar to be destemmed and softly pressed. The alcoholic fermentation of the must took place at a controlled temperature for a period of 20-22 days, alongside maceration on the skins which resulted in an enrichment in terms of colour, structure and tannins. Before marketing, the wine refined its characteristics for 2 months in stainless steel and for 12 months in large barrels. ROSSO VENETO AMORE RIPOSATO VILLA FURA: TASTING Villa Fura's Rosso Veneto Amore Riposati offers an intense ruby red colour. On the nose it opens with aromas of blackcurrants and ripe berries followed by floral hints and delicate notes of roasted coffee and dark spices. On the palate it is soft, warm and full-bodied, supported by a distinctly fruity and spicy taste. Versatile in character, it can be fully enjoyed at the table with cheeses and rich land dishes, especially if based on red meat.
