Our wines are soft and elegant, the result of careful work in the vineyard and the constant search for the maximum balance between foliage and fruit.The right ripening of the grapes gives fruitiness and sweetness, while the rational use of wood in aging guarantees an excellent spiciness, well calibrated to avoid its dominance.In Olianas, all the steps of winemaking take place in total respect for the quality of the grapes and each intervention limits the addition of additives to the maximum.
