Applying skin care the right way:
1. Use your fingertip to apply a small amount of scrub to your lips.
2. Distribute the scrub and simply use your finger to exfoliate dry or dead skin.
3. For better exfoliation, use a soft-bristled toothbrush instead of your finger, in a circular motion to firmly, but not coarsely, exfoliate your lips.
4. Leave on the lips for 1 to 2 minutes
5. Rinse with a warm cloth.
6. Dry your lips with a towel, then follow your favorite lip balm.
Keep in a cold and dry place.
