Beluga caviar is the rarest and most expensive quality, characterized by large (over 3 millimeters) Beluga eggs that tend to be oval, with a color from pearl gray to dark gray. The quintessential caviar to be tasted strictly in purity with all the attention it deserves. We recommend pairing it with the best bubbles
This caviar comes from the Huso Huso sturgeon which can reach a maximum length of 8 meters and a weight of more than 1.5 tons.
Originally from the Black Sea, the Caspian Sea and the Azov Sea, it was also present in Italy in the Adriatic, the Ionian and in the rivers connected to these seas before becoming extinct. It takes an average of 20 years of waiting to obtain this caviar

Package: 30 gr with a single magnetic box
