Package with three mixed bottles to taste three different whites from the “I Feudi di Romans” winery.
CHARDONNAY DOC 2021 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Straw yellow in color with golden reflections. Fine, elegant, noble. It has a scent reminiscent of apple and fresh bread crust. It has a fat, inviting flavor, with hints of apple and acacia flower.
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
Denomination: DOC Friuli Isonzo
Vinification: Immediate crushing and destemming on arrival in the cellar of the grapes, harvested at a temperature of 22°C and soft pressing. Wort cooling to 15°C and decanting overnight. Racking of the clean must with inoculation of selected yeasts. Fermentation at 18°C for 12 days. Racking and aging in steel tanks, where it remains for 3 months on its lees.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Pairings: Aperitif wine, suitable for a wide range of lean appetizers, soups, egg or fish dishes. As for the local Friulian cuisine, it can be combined with various herb risottos, especially if with wild asparagus (urtiçons) or with silene sprouts (sclopit). Also great with crab salad, capelunghe, octopus salad with boiled potatoes and parsley.
FRIULANO DOC 2020 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Straw yellow in color tending to greenish. It is a great wine: fine, delicate, with an intense aroma reminiscent of wild flowers. Dry, fresh, soft, velvety, with a clear hint of bitter almond, very round, with a medium alcohol content and low acidity.
Grapes: 100% Friulano
Denomination: DOC Friuli Isonzo
Vinification: Immediate crushing and destemming upon arrival in the cellar of the grapes, harvested at a temperature of 24°C. Cooling of the must to 15°C. Decantation overnight. Racking of the clean must with inoculation of selected yeasts. Fermentation at 18°C for 10 days. Racking and aging in steel tanks, where it remains for 3 months on its lees.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Pairings: For the Friulians it is obviously the wine for all occasions. Excellent as an aperitif, to be enjoyed in a stop in a tavern, is traditionally associated with two other typical products Friulian: Montasio cheese and San Daniele ham. It is also absolutely perfect with all fresh cheeses. and with the first courses.
SAUVIGNON BLANC DOC 2020 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. Fine, elegant, noble. It has a scent reminiscent of apricot, exotic fruit, yellow pepper and tomato leaf. The taste is fat, inviting.
Grapes: 100% Sauvignon
Denomination: DOC Friuli Isonzo
Vinification: Immediate crushing and destemming upon arrival in the cellar of the grapes, harvested at a temperature of 22°C. at 5/6°C. Soft pressing. Wort cooling to 15°C. Settling for one night. Racking of the clean must with inoculum of selected yeasts. Fermentation at 18°C for 14 days. Racking and aging in steel tanks, where it remains for 3 months on its lees.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Pairings: Wine as an aperitif and to be combined with spicy dishes that can compete with its aroma. Then spicy first courses, creams and soups with herbs aromatic, blue or medium-aged cheeses, eggs and asparagus, lake or lagoon fish, spit eel. Special with sardines in saor!
