“Vulcaia Fumé” is a historic label from the winery and represents both tradition and the desire to experiment. It was born from the wish to enhance and promote the Soave territory through a completely new version of Sauvignon Blanc. The choice of aging in wood gives the wine remarkable aromatic complexity and good structure, with notes of tropical fruit, intense and rich toasted and smoky hints, evoking the use of barriques and the character of the volcanic soils of Soave Classico. Due to its strong personality, it is a wine to be enjoyed paired with flavorful fish dishes, white meats, or aged and blue cheeses.
