Lemon di Rocca Imperiale IGP candied and infused in lemon distillate. The pedoclimatic characteristics of the territory give this product exceptional organoleptic qualities. The skin, particularly rich in essential oils, combines in a right balance with aromatic substances and the low acidity of the juice. Particularly soft and crumbly zest, similar to that of a cedar.

of 75 gr Ingredients: lemon fillets, dark chocolate 40% (cocoa meal, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. Cocoa minimum 62%), 5% Lemon alcolate (ethyl alcohol, water, sugar, lemon peel), sugar.
May contain traces of dried nuts, milk protein, lactose.
Produced from sustainable cocoa crops.
