These anchovies are the result of the union of two gastronomic excellences of Spain and Italy.
Cantàbrico anchovies, from the coastal town of Santoña, are the best in the world. We enhance them with the award-winning “medium fruity” extra virgin olive oil from Frantoio Galantino.
This fruity, intense and worked exclusively cold oil, gives softness and roundness, making the organoleptic characteristics unique, exclusive and with a very low percentage of salt. The “luxury” quality is the most precious and exclusive.
Ingredients: Cantabrian Sea anchovies, extra virgin olive oil, salt.
Pairings: Very large fillets, with consistent and tasty meat, suitable for tastings and dishes in which anchovy is the main protagonist.
Shelf life: 12 months. Once the product is opened, consume it in a maximum of 3 days.

Ingredients: Anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea, 43% Beppino Occelli Butter, 7% Olive Oil, Salt.
How to use: Leave 20 minutes uncovered at room temperature before consuming
Shelf life: 12 months. Once the product is opened, consume it in a maximum of 3 days.
Storage: Store the product at a temperature between 5° and 12°

During factory processing it may happen that some of these large fillets, may break. In Spanish they call them Trozos, pieces of anchovies. Packaged in glass jars, always in the precious Galantino medium fruity extra virgin olive oil, they can be used for the production of anchovy dishes and sauces and stored in the fridge for use next.
