Franciacorta Brut with a straw yellow color, abundant foam, and fine, persistent perlage. Characterized by an intense aroma of bread crust, and a pleasant taste, slightly acidic and persistent in the mouth.
Our Franciacorta wines are the authentic expression of our vineyards. The cuvée made from Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and Pinot Nero grapes preserves and reveals the identity of our wines and the sensitivity of being grape growers in Franciacorta.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt
Grapes: Chardonnay 75% - Pinot Nero 15% - Pinot Bianco 10%
Production area: Vineyards in the municipalities of Erbusco, Adro, Cazzago S.M. Loc. Calino, and Cologne.
Soil: Hilly land of morainic origin, rich in skeleton and minerals, dry, well-exposed, and always ventilated.
Vinification: After a rigorous selection of the bunches and a light pressing, the fermentation of the must takes place in steel tanks. Following the tirage in spring, it ages for over 30 months on the lees and at least 6 months after riddling before being put on the market.
Dosage: 7g/lt

Se il Franciacorta gode oggi della sua meritata importanza a livello mondiale è in gran parte dovuto a Uberti, una famiglia di viticoltori che fin dal 1793, in località Salem a Erbusco, produce quelle che sono annoverate tra le migliori bollicine metodo classico. Le vigne di questa blasonata cantina sembrano quasi disegnate su un paesaggio dagli scorci bellissimi, in posizioni ben esposte, con terre drenanti e sassose dove non c’è traccia di diserbanti e concimi chimici per una coltivazione biologica nel pieno rispetto delle persone, dell’ambiente e del territorio.
