The Chianti Riserva di Casa Fiorenza is made from a selection of the best native red grapes from the Chianti area, cultivated in hilly soils rich in clay and fragmented rocks. The winemaking process, which began with soft pressing, included a phase of alcoholic fermentation of the must, in which sugars were transformed into alcohol. Before bottling, the wine aged for 12 months in large wooden barrels.

The Chianti Riserva di Casa Fiorenza presents itself in the glass with a bright ruby red color. On the nose, there is a recurring blend of cherry and ripe red berry aromas combined with hints of jujube and violet, as well as notes of noble woods and dark oriental spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, supported by velvety tannins and a pleasant fruity and spicy finish. At the table, it pairs well with aged cheeses and rich meat dishes based on red meats or game.
