Cooking on medium or low heat yields the best results. Gradually heat the product to achieve extraordinary flavors and even cooking. If high heat is necessary, lower the intensity once the desired heat level is reached. Do not slide the product on a glass cooktop as it may damage the base of the product and the glass. Always lift the product to set it down, move it, or remove it from the surface. Cleaning guide: Wait for the product to cool completely before you start cleaning it. Remove any residue from the base and side walls of the product. For stubborn food residues, fill the product with warm soapy water and let it soak for 15-20 minutes before washing as usual. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal, abrasive sponges or very hard and rigid brushes for cleaning any surfaces. After washing, thoroughly dry the product and store it in a dry place.
