Vermentino di Gallura with a delicately fruity and floral scent, savory, with good gustatory persistence, where the delicacy of the fruity is rediscovered. From the typical and light bitter aftertaste characteristic of the vine. It is exalted with the seafood cuisine.

Taste: dry, savory, enveloping, fruity notes, medium persistence, olfactory taste. Storage: Constant temperature 14 °C, humidity 75%, controlled light, horizontal bottle. Service: Medium-sized glass without flaring, temperature 10-11° C. Pairings: Fish dishes, first courses with a delicate seasoning, vegetable soups, cold white meat salads, excellent aperitif.
