3 bottles of 0.75 lt Bolgheri DOC signed by Donne Fittipaldi (with wooden box), a pleasant and talented wine, fresh and impulsive. It is the youngest wine of the company, a faithful companion in everyday life thanks to its strong connection with its land of origin.
Grapes: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 10% Petit Verdot.Vinification: the hand-picked grapes are gently destemmed and then fermented using only the naturally occurring yeasts on the grapes, with skin contact lasting about 15 days.Color: intense ruby red.Aroma: on the nose, it is very fruity with notes of cherry, currant, and spicy undertones.Taste: a wine of great freshness and harmony, it is a classic elegant red with a taste spectrum where sweet and silky tannins accompany a finish of great tasting pleasure.Alcohol content: 14%Serving temperature: 15-16°CPairings: excellent with red meats and cheeses, it is also capable of accompanying some fish-based dishes typical of the local cuisine.
