Rum Babà
Classic Neapolitan DOC dessert in a super greedy version: a delicious alcoholic soaking with Rhum Lolli wraps small single-portion artisanal babas that can be eaten in one bite. With a soft and spongy consistency, these babà are perfect as a dessert at the end of the dinner ... accompanied by ice cream or Lolli Zabaglione liqueur they are a real delight!
Packaging: 1 jar of 620 gr.
Babà ingredients: type "0" wheat flour, eggs, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, coconut), water, sugar, salt, natural yeast.
Wet ingredients: water, sugar, alcohol, glucose syrup, rum distillate, flavorings.
It may contain traces of milk, sulphites, soy and nuts.
Shelf life: 15 months
Alcoholic content: 14% Vol.
Zabaglione liqueur
Creamy liqueur like zabaglione made with eggs and Marsala. It boasts a full and velvety taste with a good egg flavor. Excellent pure, as a cold or hot end-of-meal liqueur, to garnish semifreddos and desserts or to be used as an ingredient in cocktails and desserts.
Packaging: 1 bottle of 500 ml with personalized cardboard box.
Characteristics: Packaged in an elegant bottle, it is characterized by its low alcohol content and bright yellow color. Handcrafted without the use of additives and preservatives.
Ingredients: 38.3% sugar, water, Marsala wine, 12.3% egg yolk, alcohol, skimmed milk powder, rum, flavorings. Gluten free.
Alcoholic content: 17% Vol.
