Crearo was born from the philosophy with which the great Super Venetians were created. Our winemaker has expertly created a wine capable of enhancing the character of the native vines, astonishing with herbaceous notes typical of Cabernet Franc.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Color: Intense ruby red Bouquet: Very fruity, rich and spicy, with notes of black pepper. Taste: Full, full-bodied, intense and complex of spicy and velvety flavors. Grapes: Corvina 60% - Oseleta 15% - Cabernet Franc 25% Origin: Vineyards of the Conca d'Oro in the Valpolicella Classica. Maceration: 14 days at a controlled temperature (21-23° C) Aging: 6 months in French oak tonneau, 6 months in 65 hl Slavonian oak barrels. Alcohol content: 13% Vol. Serving temperature: 16-18° C First vintage: 1997 Pairing: Braised, roasted and grilled meats; also very good with aged hard cheeses.
