WARNING: Do not use the massager directly on the bones, such as the spine, shoulder blades, hips, knees, elbows, wrists, ankles, etc. or on the navel or head.
CAUTION: Do not use this unit continuously for a long period of time. Avoid excessive pressure of the device on the body.
1. Connect the massage roller accessory by inserting the main body connector into the massage roller accessory connector. Shake the device slightly to verify that it has been connected correctly.
Note: Once connected, do not manually rotate the massage roller attachment
2. Always with the power off, connect the AC adapter to the power supply and connect the other end of the cable to the power port on the massager.
3. Slide the power button from the OFF position to the LOW position. It is recommended that you start using this mode ('low') before moving to the stronger mode ('High').
4. Massage each area only for 5 minutes to avoid damage. In total, only 30 minutes should be used to massage all parts.
5. When finished, slide the power button to the “OFF” position to turn off the massager and disconnect it.
ABDOMEN:
1. Stand with your knees slightly bent.
2. Keep your abdominal muscles tight
3. Hold your breath and press the massager firmly on your abdomen
4. Move and massage in a straight line from the navel outwards in all directions. Don't turn around while moving.
ANKLE/THIGHS:
1. Sit on the floor, bend your knees with your feet flat on the floor.
2. Slowly move the massager from the ankle to the inner thigh.
3. Stop for about 30 seconds on the inside of your thigh.
4. Straighten your leg, move it and massage with circular movements around the knee joint.
5. Move slowly and massage your upper thigh.
BUTTOCKS:
1. Stay upright.
2. Move and massage from the protruding upper thigh to the buttock
ARMS:
1. Massage the inside of the arm from under the armpit to the end of the forearm.
2. Massage the outer side of the arm from the bicep to the end of the forearm.
CHEST:
1. Massage the chest in a straight line from below the collarbone down.

SHOULDERS AND BACK

2. Start first from the back from the waist up in a straight line.
