What is VentisCLUB?

VentisCLUB is the Ventis loyalty program that rewards your purchases with cashback up to 4% and dedicated benefits, based on the level you reach in the program.

How do I become a part of VentisCLUB?

By registering on Ventis, you automatically join VentisCLUB. No additional membership is required.

What is my initial level?

Upon registration, you are automatically assigned to the BASIC level. From that moment, your first 12-month period begins to move up levels.

What are the levels of VentisCLUB?

The program levels are four:

  • BASIC
    entry level, no cashback
  • GOLD
    1% cashback – upon achieving a minimum spend of €300
  • PLATINUM
    2% cashback – upon achieving a minimum spend of €600
  • DIAMOND
    4% cashback – upon achieving a minimum spend of €1,500

Each level is reached based on the expenditure made during the validity period.

How long does my level last?

Each level is valid for 12 months.

For new members (BASIC level), the period starts from the date of registration. In case of level advancement, maintenance, or downgrading, the new 12-month period starts the day after the level update.

How can I move up levels?

You can move up levels at any time as soon as you reach the required spending threshold.

The new level becomes active the next day and starts a new 12-month period. You can directly advance to higher levels.

When does the cashback become active?

The cashback becomes active the day after the assignment of a level that provides it (GOLD, PLATINUM, or DIAMOND).

Purchases made before moving up levels do not generate retroactive cashback.

How does cashback work?

The cashback is credited to your personal Wallet upon the completion of each eligible order. It can be used as credit on subsequent purchases on Ventis.

Each cashback is valid for 3 months from the date of credit.

Is there a maximum cashback limit?

Yes. You can accumulate up to €300 in cashback for each level validity period.

Can I see how much is left to reach the next level?

In your personal area, you can always see your current level, the accumulated spend, and how much is left to move up levels or maintain the current level, where applicable.

What happens if I do not reach my level's threshold?

At the end of the 12 months: if you reach the threshold, you maintain the level; if you exceed it, you move up a level; if not, you drop one level.

You never drop more than one level at a time.

Does the spending reset?

Yes. Each time the level is updated (level up, maintenance, or downgrading), the spending restarts from zero and a new 12-month period begins.

What purchases count towards the spending?

The spending considers the value of the items purchased. Shipping, returns, canceled orders, discounts, coupons, use of Wallet funds, and payments with BCC CARD / Ventis Card are excluded.

What happens if I return an order?

If an order that generated cashback is canceled or returned, the related cashback will be deducted from the Wallet.
