Amber color with golden highlights. Intense and intriguing aroma, complex and persistent, very varied. Notes of blond tobacco, dates, with balsamic notes (resin, sage, and rosemary) are noticeable. Sweet, generous, enveloping flavor that finishes with a pleasant salty note.

I vini Bisson nascono gli albori del 1978 quando Pierluigi Lugano, maestro d’arte e sommelier affermato, decide di valorizzare le uve della Rivera Ligure del Levante. Gli ottimi risultati ottenuti hanno permesso di far rivivere veri e propri vini liguri autoctoni che ormai erano praticamente scomparsi, come per esempio la “Bianchetta Genovese” ed il “Ciliegiolo” e di creare nuove intuizioni come il “Musaico”. Lo spumante Abissi è una bollicina dal grande fascino. Viene posta a mutare per tredici mesi nei fondali della “Baia del Silenzio” a circa 40 metri di profondità. Bisson, vini affascinanti da non perdere.
