Bortolomiol's Prosecco Senior was obtained from 100% Glera grapes harvested on the hills of Valdobbiadene (TV) in the second half of September. The white vinification was started by soft pressing and included a temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation phase. According to the rules of the Martinotti Method, the second fermentation, useful for the second fermentation, took place in an autoclave for 25-30 days. The residual sugar is equal to 15 g/litre.

The Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry Senior by Bortolomiol presents itself to the eye with an intense straw yellow color enhanced by lively bubbles. On the nose it offers aromas of yellow pulp fruit, white flowers and candied citrus fruits. The sip is soft and pleasant, irresistibly fresh and tasty.
